Delivery

UK: If we receive payment for your order before 2 pm (UK time), we will aim to dispatch your order on the same working day otherwise next working day.
If we receive payment for your order on a public holiday, we will dispatch your order on the next working day.
UK deliveries free of charge you will receive the order within 1-3 working days.
For UK we use Royal Mail and DHL. Usually deliveries Monday-Friday.

International we use a number of well-known and trusted couriers to ship orders worldwide for example UPS, DHL, TNT, we will select a suitable compnay for the destination country.
Delivery cost use Add to Cart button, orders will be tracked so you can obtain real time location updates via a tracking number (provided).
The recipient will have to sign for the goods before receiving them, for proof of delivery.
Non-UK delivery charge: £5.95 P&P. Please use the button below to add this charge to your cart.

Returns

All returns should be made within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
For reasons of hygiene, kits that have been opened (where the quality seal is broken) cannot be returned.
There will be a cancellation fee of 3% for all orders cancelled due to PayPal/CC processing fees.

Orders

TopMouth.com orders are taken online only and goods are despatched on receipt of payment. All goods remain the property of Topmouth.com until they are paid for.

Topmouth.com can only guide you on the use of its products. The appropriate use and the application of the product is the responsibility of the buyer.

Topmouth.com is not responsible for any of your dental, gum or mouth conditions before or after the treatment. Please consult your dentist for advice.

If you are pregnant, breast-feeding or less than 18 years old, you should not use Carbamide/Hydrogen peroxide products without consulting your dentist.

Hydrogen and Carbamide peroxide have been used for many years for teeth. Some people might be sensitive to these products; please consult your dentist before using these products.

Kits with higher peroxide UK/EU allowed limits are for overseas, for professional use only
